MOBIFLOW

Designed the MOBIFLOW installer platform with a focus on both private users and organizational stakeholders, including fleet managers and businesses. My approach combined user research, stakeholder workshops, and iterative prototyping to align diverse needs with technical and organizational requirements.

Delivered a comprehensive design system that included a structured component library, wireframes, and production-ready screens. I mapped user journeys, identified pain points, and co-created solutions with stakeholders to ensure that the platform was intuitive and supported operational workflows. Key features include remote management of charging stations, real-time monitoring, split billing for home charging, and integration with Europe’s largest EV charging network.

This project demonstrates my ability to bridge complex technical systems, organizational processes, and user needs, focusing on accessible innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Completed during my employment at Dignify.
