#1 UX/UI and product design for B2B (POLITICO PRO) and B2C products during my employment:
Led the end-to-end design process, starting from stakeholder workshops and user research to define requirements, map user journeys, and establish design priorities. Developed a comprehensive UI design system and structured component library, ensuring consistency across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. Managed collaboration across technology, marketing, and newsroom teams, aligning design decisions with business goals, user needs, and relevant policy considerations.
Created wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs, and oversaw QA to guarantee high-quality, user-centered deliverables. Conducted user testing, collected and analyzed feedback, and iterated on designs to optimize usability and interface performance throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, presented a conference talk at TechCon on design process strategies and UI system implementation, and ran internal UX workshops.
Moreover, contributed to the organization’s social media presence by creating graphic design assets to support communication and engagement.
#2 Research and Analysis Division – (freelance basis):
Designed layouts, graphics, and data visualizations for executive and custom policy analysis reports across multiple policy areas, collaborating closely with the Research and Analysis team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effective communication of complex information. This work strengthened my familiarity with policy frameworks, stakeholder priorities, and evidence-based decision-making processes, which I integrate into design and service strategy.
