For Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen, a complete digital platform was created to better support people with dementia, their families, and caregivers. The project started with a workshop to define goals and audiences, followed by user testing to make sure the website would be clear and accessible for everyone.
The structure of the website was redesigned through information architecture, making it easier to find resources, advice, and support. Next to the information platform, several important features were added: an online shop with helpful products, a donation system to support fundraising, and a secure login area for members.
A full UX/UI design system was delivered, including wireframes, a UI library, and final designs ready for development. The result is a user-friendly platform that combines information, e-commerce, and secure services in one place. The project highlights skills in running workshops, user testing, structuring content, building design systems, and turning complex needs into simple, intuitive digital experiences This work was completed during my employment at Dignify.
